dc comics backlog post: timkon soulmate au

timkon soulmate au where you get your soulmates name on your skin a year after you meet them, but tim hasnt shared his name with kon yet and the soulmate magic or whatever considers kons name to be conner kent but he hasnt gotten that name yet, so both boys are like "who the fuck is this i dont know anybody by that name" and when kon finally is like "hey can you help me find a tim drake??? apparently i know him???" and shows his soulmates name, tim doesnt put the pieces together that conner kent is kon cos he just knows him as kon so hes like "rip looks like this is unrequited on your end sucks for you" and then later on kon starts going by conner and tims like "oh shit"

better yet kon asks for help finding tim drake and tim just flat out says no without an explanation and never tells him his name, and then years later kon starts going by conner and tim comes to him like "hi i am a moron"

bddhhdhdh wait wait wait kon looks tim up on his own and goes to him like "hey i think the soulmate stuff is wonky cos we havent met but i have your name???" except he does it publicly as superboy while tim is a civilian cos hes fucking stupid and reckless and THATS how tim finds out, and hes freaking out cos now everyone knows hes apparently superboys soulmate but he has the name conner kent but no one knows that so the public is eating it all up and tim is freaking out and kon is oblivious
