already mentioned this to @onyxxorion (sorry for the tag) but wanted to share the realization i had while working on a fic here too:

in trk on halloween, andrew says betsy is his 13th therapist, and shes the first therapist to get through to him. with him having gone through 12 houses before cass, that means cass was house 13, and she was the woman he most wanted as a mom. idk if its intentional (knowing nora, it probably is) but i think its really interesting that the number is the same for both betsy and cass, especially since hes closer with betsy than a normal therapist and patient should be. i know in the extra content, neil asks betsy to be at the trial because he thinks andrew needs a mother figure there, and while i personally hate the mother comparison, its interesting that shes compared to cass when theyre both number 13 in his life. not to mention if you add up his and neils jersey numbers you get 13 too. 13 seems to be significant to andrew
